In our last and final article on how you can be able to get killer magazine worthy abs we will be continuing where we left off in our previous article by jumping straight into the remaining workouts.
We have already touched on the Chinese plunk face up, face down workouts, and have seen how effective those two can be. In addition to that, we have also given directions on how you can be able to do it, in fact we have done the same thing with the L-sit, another workout which is also very effective in working out your entire core. For today we will be focusing on banded good morning as well as Hollow rocks.
For the banded good morning workout you will need to do them in sets of 4 and just like other workouts, you will need to take a 15 to 30 sec break between each reps that you take. For you to be able to do this you will have to take a tough resistance band and loop it around your neck. After doing this you will have to stand on the other side with feet shoulder-width. Proceed by bending your hips backwards and then slowly lower your torso to the point at which you will start to feel a stretch on your hamstrings.
For the hollow rocks, you will have to do the same number of sets with the same duration during breaks. For you to do this exercise you will have to lie on your back while on the floor. At this particular time, your arms should be overhead and your legs should be extended in front of you. Proceed by pointing at your toes while at the same time you are pulling your ankles close to each other.
